You should have heard how he sung this song way back in the mid 80's, Its was Octoberstorm Concert with AMO, Identity Crisis and Rage Band. I think he was not even on his 20's then. He really nailed it to the very high notes without using fanseto... THAT WAS EPIC. I cannot forget that day. Coz with a voice like that i just knew he would go placed. well i'm glad he still did. only over it's over 20 years overdue...maybe this should teach us one thing "Don't Stop Believin"

We have many songwriters here who write not only in English but also in Spanish and other local dialects such as Tagalog, Bisaya, Ilocano, etc. Arnel himself has written some songs both in English and Tagalog in his past two albums. One is with his band Zoology and one is self-titled.

On july 23,2009, Arnel and the Journey plus Anne Wilson,her sister and her band performed at Paso Robles,California. It was a sold out concert and mostly white people attended the concert. A lot of kids as well. When Anne sang Alone it reminded me of Arnel singing the same song and Arnel proves that he's as good as Anne.Anne and her band performed for the first hour followed by the Journey.The grandstand was half full until the Journey performed at 2100 and all seats were taken.
