If you check the NYS Department of Education's Licensure site, you will find this doctor. Perhaps, when you were searching, you put the names in incorrectly. I tried the product and communicated with the company with no discord or problem. They were most helpful.

I am sorry to say but those marketers make the prices high and don't return the calls. My dad is te only person who makes that and I am serious. He sells it for 10 bucks at his place. It's garbage what the marketers do, my dad makes it great. It is not a scam either.
