Where I live they have a Stacker machine, and if you win you get an empty box with instructions to take it to the security office (just a few doors down from the machine) to claim your prize- you have to sign an affidavit and have your photo taken.

@MrBIGbang101 Several people have already won. Even if it skips, it can't always skip or otherwise the pattern would be noticeable and people can use the "skipping" to their advantage. Though the last level may be rigged if they set up a win ratio, but I don't think that's true as it's a matter of skill as well. You can't win by blind luck either.

HOWEVER since then i have made it to the major prize 7 times since AND actually did it perfect, heres the catcher: the final stop will stop in place for a brief half second wen you hit it at the right time but then it quickly drops back a space!
