I don't think you really CAN compare UC2 and UC3. UC2 was such an insanely great increase overall from UC1, it was hard to make UC3 that much BETTER than UC2. Personally, I prefer UC3 over UC2, but I'm glad I own both (as well as both soundtracks too!) :-)
