i wasn't knocking osgood's stats or the fact that he will be in the hall-of-fame one day, i was simply stating that there are very few things fundamentally he does correctly. many of the best goaltenders of all-time are not the most fundamentally sound; martin brodeur, for example.

At about the 1:04 mark in this video, Osgood gets up on the wrong leg and the puck ends up in the back of the net! On a rebound to his left he gets up left leg first and then its too late to push left. He should have used a strong butterfly push with his right leg, and kept the left leg on the ice!

There alright if your a young goalie i wouldn't use them . there pretty cheap and the way i see it if your buying good pads there gonna be allot more then simmons are. no offence . RBK's premier 3 are the way to go . they will actually help you play .
