I'd say that all the B&W was a bit escessive, I also think that you used the colorfade very well, you used only a little bit and at the right time, however the pictures you chose for that effect didn't have quite enough colour in them to create a more dramatic effect. The beginning was very well timed in particular.
I like the dirty pictures in here, too! It's very "teasing" when people make a mostly shonen-ai video with a tiny bit of yaoi. Nice!
