It's on the floor next to fallen jar and note. Place glows green light, so you can't miss it if your monitor is on. Place is actually seen in this video after 4:50.

I was stuck at the part where i tell him to lift the curse but he said he can't, I wondered why and had no idea to do but after watching this video I remembered that I never took the note in the haunted house next to the skeleton hand. Lol i'm so stupid. -_- :p

According to the script it requires the page from the Lorgren's diary (seen in the first video at 3:56). So be sure to take it with you when you go asking for help from Velwyn. I think that is your problem.

Very easy. Put mp3 files to OBLIVION > DATA > MUSIC > there are subfolders (battle, explore, public and dungeon)

Same here. I think it may have been because I didn't bring him the skelatal hand when I first talked to him and I went back to get it, came back and then he still wouldn't help me. Seems glitched. Looks like I'll never lift the curse and have a haunted house forever :(.
