Thanks for your replay - very nice of you - but my main concern was the apparatus with batik cup and spout you apply liquid watercolour with to draw those fine twigs. I know it is made in Germany - can we buy it here in the United States?

Hi!

This is no ink. But ordinary watercolor. Winsor & Newton Artists Watercolour. Mix water with viscous drag, and you can have branches and twigs.
