Realm vs Realm, if you want to do regular PVP you dont need to get into BG ques, thats only RvR while pvp you just walk into a certain area since the order and destruction are close to eachother

its definatly worth getting, the pvp is amazing, and the classes are cool. the best thing i like is, each factuion is unique with classes, were as in wow for example, each faction has the same classes and thus can get boring, and almost makes no difference on what faction you choose. plus the RVR is amazing in this game i love it

Skill? The game takes nothing of the sort. Every class I've played involves the exact same rotations of 4 or 5 abilities, and all instances and raids take no strategy whatsoever until higher levels, while Battlegrounds are plagued with Twinks (although they did fix that with the latest patch.) But tell me, where does the skill come in?

Anyone who has played th game knows this is bull. Mythic now limit how many people can compete in RVR as the server would crash.

Also LOL at Bright Wizards fighting with their staff instead of using spells. No wonder this game went from 1 million subs to less than 100k worldwide in a few months.

Damn right, Blizz has not change a goddamn thing about their game, Sure we had "Burning Crusade" and "Wrath Of The Lich King" But the game is just the same, Go level, Kill Mobs, Do some dumb instance for gear, get level 80 just like 90.000 other people on your server, And then you can only be someone in the game if you killed that monster first or got that gear first.. And a week later everyone has done that already. My point is: You should have no life to be a REAL hero in World of Warcraft.

The trailer graphics looks so good but in game graphics is not as good as the trailer graphics. in game graphics look same as in wow. I have two video cards and my wow game graphics is in max. The graphics in wow looks a lot better with new patch 3.1.3 .

I am only commenting on the free 10 day trial. The trial will not instal, it will not get past the last part of it. It gives some sort of patching error. Not only that, the files it download up to that point disappear and I have to do the whole 3 hour download thing because their servers are slow as heck. I wonder if the game itself is as glitchy as the instal is.

I love how as healer you actualy DO get into the action, as a warrior priest/DoK you are in melee combat and can use abilities to take strength away from the target mob/player and give it to yourself or another player to help them. and shamans/arch mages as they heal there damaging spells get stronger and as they damage there healing spells get stornger so you can pop in a few damaging attacks while healing.

I switched over from WoW and this game beats it as far as pvp or rvr content by a long shot, not totally perfect, but alot better. PVP balance is very good (almost perfect compared to wow), but the thing one needs to realise is they balanced it for say 20v20, not 1v1, may sound odd at first but if you think about it, the more diverse a class is from another, can you ever really make it perfectly balanced 1v1 for all? i would say no. Good Job Mythic, great game I highly recomend to all PVP fans!!

3D graphics have been in games longer than 13 yrs you know. WOW is like playing on a PS 1 Warhammer the graphics take advantage of todays hardware but not to the full to keep the performance in large battles although your fucked on the europe servers as its got to be running on MAC servers looking at the performance.

I tried WOW 3 years ago the graphics put me off they were 10 yrs out of date back then and the missions were all about going into a cave a and hitting 7 doods on the head then go back to the guy that gave the mission it was a real grind fest that bored the hell out of me. In Warhammer Online the graphics are a 100 times better pluss its the warhammer brand. In warhammer you will get strtaight into player vrs player large battles capturing & defending keeps  and massive castles later on.

dude that was 3 years ago you realize that wow is now four years old and quests have gotten realy unique like get in a plane and bomb things while shooting enemy air units with an AA gun and repairing your plane and thats just 1 daily quest. ive played war the quests arent that different from wow's yester years quests "go here, kill this dude(s) and bring me a book" wars just missing that fun that wow has to me.

Gameplay I guess, is a ripoff of any other mmo since their pretty much all the same. Except for the fact that they slightly "enhance" each version with a bit of personnal work.

And the story... well I guess its a ripoff of tolkiens work. (Same as anything with elves and orcs). But they still managed to make an original story out of it, same has warcraft.

And THATS what makes it a good game, same as warcraft and same as any other good mmo. A great part of their work is not original.

and GW took the idea from lord of the rings books, and like ancient tales, they speak of goblins etc, even orcs, so it's not like they stole the whole idea from GW, they more stole the design on orcs etc.

i played all the gw expensions and i never saw an orc or a goblin in there
