MAYBE there is one. i know there is a custom nes controller with usb.

but :D then again i don't know if it's compatible with the emulator.

@joshv19800 Some emulators allow you to use a USB lightgun but you have to have a CRT monitor for it to work correctly. Otherwise, you can use a mouse.

@Thetwingamers1 I haven't actually played around with the settings enough to know that. If it is possible, I'm sure there's an obvious option in one of the menus saying like "Record" or something. Just look around in the menus to see what you can find.

@classicGAMING789 Honestly, I haven't used the emulator in probably 2 years so I can't remember exactly. Just mess around in the menus and look for audio settings. I'm sure they're not hidden away too far.

Another way

1.) Download a Torrent program (Utorrent, Bittorrent, etc.) if you don't have one already.

2.) Afterwards go on Google and type in the search bar "NES ROM torrent" exactly like that (No "s obviously)

3.) Look for one that says 3538 NES ROMS, download the torrent (You should set your torrent program to the default torrent downloader if you haven't already)



4.) It's probably best to download Jnes just in case, it says it already has an emulator but i don't know.

@arnoldvnp I'm sorry, but I can't really help you with that error. It seems strange that it would have a DirectDraw error. Try running it as Administrator if you're on Vista or 7. If that doesn't work, maybe re-download the program from a different site (you might have gotten a bad version). Otherwise, I would just use google to find a different emulator. There are plenty out there, and they all do the job. I just chose to make a video on this one.

Ok first things first.... masterjake? is that supposed to sound like masterba.... wait don't worry, also you dont have all of them, the nes library is one of the largest game library in the world. the nes has thousands of titles, not all licensed by Nintendo though.

you forgot to say that if the roms are to large in size for your harddisk, you can by a wii (if you don't have it) and buy the games there - it doesn't have all the games though so it's just an alternative

@RedYoshiReturns Well the .nes files are inside the zip, you just have to extract it. Right click "Extract All"

JNES is a really simple emulator to use. Best way to get ROMS for any console to play on PC is go to torrents.If you like reviews of old and new video games check out my channel.

It isnt, dont let anyone tell you different, even if you say you have it or have had it, its still getting free games without paying anything which is against the law...they cannot just take your word for it if you say you have the game or not, most of the time you dont and you just download it to relive the game, which is okay, but is against the law, but so is downloading free music...they wont ever catch you, and if they do, they wont waste their time stopping you....

Jnes's cheat code system is why I prefer this over most of the other emulators! The only problem with this emulator is that not all games play on it and that's because not all mappers are supported.

yup :) but... xbox 360 roms are HUGE. NES roms are only a few hundred KB usually. PSX roms get around 40MB I think.
