He may be a nutjob, and a hatemonger, and perhaps a criminal for spouting his hatespeech. But in this situation, the border patrol was obviouly in the wrong. They got miffed because he wanted to protect his rights, so they made up a claim the dog smelled something so THEY could have the confrontation and physically assault him. I hope all those jackasses lose their jobs. Unfortunately that'd likely be the worst that happens, the justice system take care of their own injustice with wrist slaps.

The entire video is in his account. Anderson had been bugging the hell out of them the entire time. The officer was just returning the favor for a moment because he was getting sick of his bullshit. This was by far the funniest part of the video. But when you take everything out and title this part of the video "Baptist Pastor Called a Terrorist 4 invoking 4th amendment", it just makes the officers look worse than they really are.
