He may be a nutjob, and a hatemonger, and perhaps a criminal for spouting his hatespeech. But in this situation, the border patrol was obviouly in the wrong. They got miffed because he wanted to protect his rights, so they made up a claim the dog smelled something so THEY could have the confrontation and physically assault him. I hope all those jackasses lose their jobs. Unfortunately that'd likely be the worst that happens, the justice system take care of their own injustice with wrist slaps.

yeah, i saw more of this pastor's videos. and while some are good points... i really am less surprised he got treated the way he did.
for example, in my white suburb, if you are black and driving a lousy car, or loud music, you will get pulled over by the police without doing anything wrong. we call it DWB...
