Pouring over her would have the same effect but would be messy, she is her best friend and is only spraying water at her to help so don't jump out of your pram.

Damn. Just let her lay down for a while. That way her blood can easier reach her head. When she is sitting, her body has to work really hard to pump enough blood back to her head.

The whole idea of fainting is that the muscles relax, so the body will be parallel to the ground and the bloodflow can restore itself. =P

U are deffinately not to sit a person up after they have fainted. if she fainted in the chair they should have pulled her off the chair and lay her on the ground. If a person faints while sitting it can be even more dangerous then if u were standing. You are not to sit or stand up for AT LEAST 5 mins after fainting
