Spacebuild 3 Ships - Frigate Life Support

Can someone please find me a Life Support 2 addon I've looked everywhere and all i find is Life support 3 (which i suck at using) or a life support 2 (not working crappy version)

I should've realised that the air exchanger would help. Why anyways building all kind of tanks? Why not immediately build a medium resource cache? It spares space and you can store alot more. Too bad though that LS3 doesn't support saving.

Now for some reason, my solar panel only generates 1 energy a second. I hooked everything up like you did, but my oxygen compressor turns off immediately after activating, even when it has energy... halp?

Try downloading Resource Distribution or search the forums.

hay im having a problem with life support 3. When I load a game and build some life support and save it, it all works fine. But when I load that game, all the life support stuff is still there, but it does not work any more. I can build new lfie support.

Hey Morcam, this vids are great! They taught me pretty much everything I know about Spacebuild :)

However, you placed a solar panel on the top of your ship - when I place one, it never seems to generate a decent amount of energy. Do you know why this is?

@ultrapogo1 You probably forgot to add a generator like a solar panel. Air exchangers just supply you with atmosphere so you can freely wander around your ship.

I use intersepters which are bigger than fighters more firepower but not always as big as the ship in the vid

I downloaded all of the possible nescessarary and unnescessary Sb addons and yet my sb still has errors in singleplayer all of them are "GetAddon" errors, (All of them are svn's)

when I'm playing SB3 gamemode there is still both gravity and air outside the planets and I can't open the spawn menu.. What am I doing wrong?

Download CAF. Everything should be in CAF tab.

nice tuts, i havnt played sb or gmod for a while(not enough space on comp anymore lol + addons are annoying) but these cleared up what some props are used for and how to use somw things(the easy precision and lining them up and smart welding

i never really use water because if you set up on a hot planet you need to have a supply ship with gallons of water coming constintly. whitch is very annoying

or you can make your own water on the planet.

If you have hydrogen and oxygen you can combine them to make water. Works in game, also.

If you want something bigger than a fighter but smaller than a freighter or capital ship.

Morcam, Put an air exchanger near the Air compressor and if you have enough income you can survive and still make air in space.

i dont understand something

when i was messing around with SB3 i noticed that SBMP category

i clicked it and i noticed you have habitable modules and stuff like that

and most of those are space ship parts which you can link up to the resource node

so doesent that make the air exchangers a bit pointless?

No, habitable modules are finnicky at best, and they have more bugs than you can imagine. Plus they're a royal pain to spawn.

Thanks for the comment. The air compressor is the huge air compressor. It's (relatively) new, update your spacebuild svn.
