Thanks a lot for this video! I just got my 27" i7 iMac one week ago and I guess it has excatly the same problem. I brought it to MacCare and if they can't fix it I'll probably buy that adapter.

Did you have any problems with the side screws when attaching the mount to the computer? My dont seem to align properly :S *scratches head in confusion*

@LlehctimmitchelL I think they were there to fix the drainpipes of our apartment building :) I've used one of there drills for the 4 holes in the wall. PRO!

The mount I use is a "DQ rotate triple L"... I think it's a Chinese manufactured brandless thing that is only sold in The Netherlands. Or maybe with different names elsewhere in the world.
