Im assuming the "Metal" bottle she is referring to is actually made from Aluminium. Aluminium is known by researchers to have direct links to Multiple Sclerosis and Alzhiemer's Disease along with many other diseases and disorders.

heat does not release toxins into the water if the bottle was made to contain anything that you could consume. there are many different types of plastics and there aren't even any toxins put into the plastic when its being produced if its for containing something that could be consumed. just don't drink out of a gas can or a plastic container that wasn't designed to hold consumable products.
