@afgpoison1 lol, unfortunately its true they do breed like rabbits, which means our country will never move forward, we will always be poor and in need of help.
@afgpoison1 but each family still has more than 4 kids, its the tradation to have more kids, because everything is free, the school, university, hospital. How can Afghanistan pay for it, America, UK, India ? we need to stop begging, if every family has 4 kids, we wont be able to build enough schools or universities and willalways be like we are.
@yamaasmaye yeah thats true but did you know that since world war II the world population has made a huge growth this means USA, Europe, Asia even Africa except for Afghanistan, its the only country who hasn't made any progress,and without youth a country means nothing. And we are not begging, those countries create the illusion of us begging, they don't want Afghanistan to be rebuild..the problem is not the amount of kids its much deeper. This i what i think
@afgpoison1 look Afghanistan is not poor, its has mineral wealth that could make it one of the richest countries on earth, but without security no one will ever invest in the mines, nd if they dont invest we will have no revenue. Do you know that Afghanistan's domestic revenue has just passed 1 Billion dollars, that is a joke, a small company here in the UK generates more revenue that the Afghan government. Afghanistan needs 5 billion dollars a year just to pay the salary of its Army and Police.

@afgpoison1 The UK government where i live has warned Afghanistan that it might be able to help it for the next 4- 5 years after that it will not. This is because the whole is getting poorer, this country is in massive debt, the only thing Afghanistan can do is to ask people to plan their families. This is nothing new, in Pakistan the government pays families to have less kids, when you look at its economy, after 10 years of introducing this program its economy grew by an extra 7%.

More than 60% of the Afghan population is made up of people under the age of 25, young people are no use to a counrty if you can't provide them an education, jobs, security, health care. The Afghan health ministry has tv adverts that encourage families to have less kids.
@yamaasmaye yes you do have a point, but who is going to build those hospitals, roads, railways??? To build a hospital you need 1 engineer and 200 workers. One generation has to be sacraficed

In the next 30 years the Afghan population will double in size to over 60 million, if it continues growing at 2.7% every year,the Afghan government says it will take it atleast 15 years to be able to stand on its own two feet, and not need any American or foreign aid, that is on the condition that there is peace. People need to realize that 2- 3 kids is enough.
@afgpoison1 even if our population was 5 million we would still need help, imagine 60 million people and you dot even have a 1 billion dollar revenue, it almost makes me laugh. If i was in charge i would not allow anyone to have more than 2 kids, if you do they would not be able to go to a public school,use a public hospital, university. The rich would have more kids, but that is life, i would like to have a couple of million dollars too.
