I really think that you managed to get to the essence of the atmosphere that was being portrayed in the movie. The movie itself was too short, simple, and somewhat cliche, but your video is well-crafted so that it gives the illusion of a depth of story, animation quality, and character development that simply doesn't exist in the movie.

The last fight scene was a big disappointment. This anime had so much un exploited potential. It's a darn shame something this good was held back by lack of budget.

@kardtable Is that what happened? As the excerpts from this AMV show, the animation quality alone seems like it had potential. But definitely too short. Budget limitations would explain it. Sorry for sending this, like, two years too late.
