Gary acts wonderful off course but Nathalie Portman is even so amazing. that girl got so much talent at that age, but I guess she didn't used her talents later. the first time I saw the movie she impressed me that much.

I agree no sequel should ever be made to this movie, plus it wouldn't really make sense(reno died), the heart of the movie was the relationship between reno and portman, and a sequel just wouldn't do the original justice.

well revenge against who? Leon killed the guy behind her familys death. so there really isnt anyone she can get revenge on. and it would be cool, but i dont think a sequel will actually work. thats just my two cents

I believe ... but you'd need to find a great script to get it good. what makes leon a great movie is the relationship between them, not their backgrounds, not their problems nor the action scenes which can be found anywhere nowadays. It's the relationship between the 2 that makes a sequel so hard to piece together... but impossible is nothing, I can only wish for a sequel on par!

I have two problems. one is that why Gary oldman always plays a psycho asshole.(state of grace, leon, airforce one, romeo is bleeding and immortal beloved). he is the most type casted actor in hollywood. its very similar to tomee lee jones who always chases a entrapped criminal . second problem is that my instincts told me that the song which you people are mentioning from Requim of a dream is actually a symphony of Mozart . anybody help.
