Great lesson man, thanks a bunch. I never bothered looking this song up before, and it always sounded hard to me. But you made the lesson so easy, and fun to understand, turns out it's really quite simple. Thanks a bunch.
Thank you so much man this was an amazing lesson I love this song and appreciate this lesson so much..lol glad I did'nt have to tune to open g to jam this
Great video! I was in a terrible rut with my playing not knowing what to head towards next so I decided to go back to good old Keith and this has made me feel much better! I love your guitars, your sound and your lessons, it sounds really like the original! Thanks!
Hey cool vid! I am actually watching because I was searching Weber Silver Ten. I would like to know how the high end is on those those speakers? I would be putting them in a Valvetech Hayseed 15 2x10 (essentially a better Vox ac15 copy). I am looking for a speaker that would sound a lot like the Celestions they put in Matchless amps... You know?... With that vintage, yet responsive "broken in" tone to them? Thanks.
thanks for the video. Wonderful! can you please tell me what effects/settings you are using. I have a Vox Valvetronix and a fender super champ. you have the sound spot on. thanks, Jay
I found this vid by way of looking for examples of the Vox AC4TV playing w/ drums. I was wondering if you could tell me, were you using the AC4TV in the beginning jam?
Nice vid. I've been looking for brown sugar standard tuning guitar lessons up unitl recently. However when I play the intro part it does't sound excactly the same as the way you played it for some reason. Perhaps my tuning is off, I don't know...
Thanks, that was a piece of cake, until you get the "G" and after that... then I get a little confused, will have to work on it.

This is a great lesson, and the best I've seen in Standard Tuning. Thanks Hoodrio, you show'd me plenty to get me going in the right direction.

Is it you who has fitted the humbucker, or did you buy it like that?
joriszsz 6 months ago
@joriszsz My tech installed it--a Seymour Duncan '59, which paired great with the SD Jerry Donahue.

Thanks for not showing us the wrong way to play it. Good ear.

Gear details are at 9:41. Only thing not mentioned was I used a Dano Cool Cat Drive (great pedal!) for both the "performance" and lesson. Thanks.
