I got it from scooter.co.uk (Direct Bikes). It's really cheap but you have to put the handlebars and the front wheel on when you get it. It's easy but takes a bit of time. You have to tax it and register it yourself aswell. If you don't wanna do that your best bet is looking on google there are a few dealers that sell this scooter fully built, taxed and registered. I think the model number is QT50-9. There is also a very similar bike called the Sukida Roma. All of these will be way under £1000
