  • Don't let these smug cows put anyone off being vegan! It's possible to be a vegan and not be up your own shiny arsehole like these two materialistic twonks.

Then again, I guess it's the advertising pitch for her book, and that's fine. Like people shagging on the box could help sell oats, and that wouldn't hurt anyone.

  • It's weird, cause I felt weak and sick and had no immune system as a vegetarian, I recently switched to low carb and I feel better than ever and almost NEVER get sick... maybe giving up sugar is the secret in either diet?

  • she does look very healthy, though!

  • I can not wait to read this book :D

  • "I love meat, but I don't tolerate animal abuse." <-- Very common among ignorants.

  • @TheJynxFan Are you saying that because someone eats meat that means they're ignorant? Or are you equating eating meat with animal abuse?

  • I need a personal cook to get through this shit?...I bought the book and it was funny but not realistic on "my" income. I DID change some things (namely soy milk and natural sugar) LOVE IT but basically I follow Weight Watchers; but good luck to those who are doing it :)

  • @rolguxn8 read the book!

  • She looks older than 32.

  • I dont think I can give up dairy, sooo thats pretty much out of the question.

  • @happieeyore you can do anything if you believe in it.

  • @stephgrandprix lies you cant shove a space shuttle up your ass

  • ngngngn

  • Agave is 70% fructose. it is NOT good.

  • Warning ! See Video Response Above(lefthook). i still love 'em though.lol.

  • OK, that camera jiggling all over the place is driving me crazy. I just shut the window and listened to the audio.

Was this edited for people with ADHD? It looks like it was filmed by a 5 year old who stole his daddy's camera and the show went on while they fought over it.

  • It kinda made me seasick!! ack.

  • best fucking book ever and I am a guy. My aunt told me me about it and I read literlaly 2 lines and it caught me forever. it is the funniest shit ever and its great

  • try skinny bastard - it's for guys. Rory is fabulous! Thank GOD for that book, or actually, thank Goddess!

  • yeahh well eating animals is wrong especially the way people kill them by torturing them to eat them...just cruel

  • @iamme0091 Man has been eating meat since the beginning of time. Get over it already. Just because you don't like it doesn't make you better and it doesn't make a meat eater a bad human being. And I eat meat, but I don't support the torturing of animals.

  • @Aches86 R u seriously replying to my comment that i posted a friggin year ago?!?! And I never said I was better so just shut up.

  • @iamme0091 "Eating animals is wrong".. Those were your words. So you are right and meat eaters are wrong. You don't need to be no einstein to figure out how stuck up that sounds. And why does it matter how long ago your comment was? This is youtube. Comments go back like 5 years and people reply on a daily basis.

  • Comment removed

  • @Aches86 Ok well that's my opinion if you dont like it tough shit

  • @iamme0091 You can have your opinion. Just be upfront about it. And no.. you ain't better then me. Do something about your ignorance.

  • @Aches86 WOW again I never said I was better, and I have no idea who the hell u r nor do i care so just get a life and leave me alone.

  • @iamme0091 You don't need to know me idiot and you don't even need to care. I'm just a youtuber who came across your ignorant comment and felt the need to reply and give my opinion. If you see something wrong with that then get off of youtube. :)

  • @Aches86 Ur the bitch with no life. Im sorry u have nothing better to do than judge people but u no wat i dont fuckin care so get a life :)

  • they're both beautiful.. ^_^

    I loveddd the book.

  • This is my 1 year anniversary of adopting the SB lifestyle. I lost 60 pounds (from 180 to 120) am 50 years old and am now in the best shape of my life! I am not YET a total vegan, but do the best I can, and read every label. I totally quit soda, caffeine, sugar and most dairy and processed foods. When I do eat meat today, I notice how it makes me feel and I don't like it as much. I execise and am fit and happy. Do it and you'll be happy and healthy!

  • Sure you can lose weight by watching what you eat. It has NOTHING to do with eating or not eating meat and other animal products ! Excess eating of carbohydrates is the major problem with overweight people, NOT eating meat !!

  • how much & what kind of exercise have you incorporated? how long into SB did you notice changes within your body? thx :)

  • Grats!

Is it possible your reaction to meat is a result of a plasibeo effect? Like you expect to feel bad after eating meat so you do?

I dunno, just an honest question.

  • And along with my previous question...

Do you think the weight loss is because of the strict dietary regulations you strive for not so much What you are eating. For instance if I started to eat only things that had animal fat in them wouldnt I lose weight because I have removed so much from my diet...

Just a thought, Notice this is not a question of 'healthier' but pure weight.

  • I'm not sure I understand your question, but I think the weight loss was a combo of de-toxifying from caffienne, sugar and crap, PLUS reasonable, effective aerobic exercise and weight training. Diet alone would not have had the same effect. I am still consistent about the diet/exercise combo. And I'm not strict on either, just consistent and reasonable.

  • signchris1, Thanks for your honest answers!

And believe me I know what you mean about feeling it in your colon. lol =P

  • @signchris1 It's 70-80% diet and 20-30% exercise. That's what I've been told since I first started losing weight and it's true. I've lost about 20 pounds with just a clean diet and I just started exercising.

  • I don't think it's a placebo effect thing-I didn't expect to feel bad-I enjoy meat for the most part and used to love burgers and steaks etc... Now they just don't satisfy me or really seem worth it anymore. And the last 2 burgers, one a turkey burger, one a hamburger-both really delicious, just made me feel bloated and stuffed and i didn't eat the whole thing. I've eaten my last burger. When I eat more meat, like I've been doing the last month or so, my colon feels it, if you know what I mean.

  • NO MEAT, DAIRY, and WHEAT.

so by doing that 100% you'll be skinny

  • wow thats not even bad!

  • LOL stomach ache

  • Strange to say, this video is about eating ! Starts off with some UNKNOWN ill fed woman eating JUNK VEGAN FOOD !

  • Dude...you've been spamming this vid for 2 months? Don't you have a job..a life.. or something?

  • If you can't recognise other people's VALID comments, don't read mine.

    Fair enough ???

  • For one thing, so many intelligent people have refuted your ignorant comments that I cannot see them. So you get your wish there.

Secondly, from what I've seen, you're not making valid points. All you're doing is making fun of those who have a lifestyle that is different than yours.

And that is all that I have to say to you about that.

  • If you look at it a bit more carefully, you will find ALL anti-VEGAN remarks came to the same fate. Think about it !!

  • lmao holy sh*t Proflop you've spammed all her videos with this? give it a rest man if people want to eat grass who cares thats freedom of choice - besides...it keeps meat prices down

  • Comment removed

  • Do you realize that we don't care? Respect the choices of others.

  • sorrry, vegans dont feel like hurting animals. its not all about the healthy part. fuck you asshole. YOU get a life.

  • Not true. A balanced diet is composed of carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats. It's very possible to get all of these on a vegan diet - even a raw vegan diet. Clearly you know NOTHING about veganism or nutrition for that matter.

  • Veganism need not be exotic or expensive. Many of us eat on a budget and get things like peanut butter, apples, dry beans and rice, etc. I've found that my grocery bill is cheaper now that I no longer buy animal products.

Of course, this is my take on it. It would be great is more people became vegan, but it's not my place to tell them to.

  • This is the best reply I have ever received from a VEGAN. Thanks. I appreciate it !

  • I read it on friday. I'm now vegan and my skin has cleared up and I have a lot more energy. And I eat less and I'm fuller!

And I've lost 7 pounds. Seriously, it's the best thing that's ever happened to me.

  • Isn't veganism great? Congrats, and keep up the good work :)

  • vegans are the least likely people to have diabetes. Its a scientific fact.

I can tell that your not a vegan, and you dont know what your talking about. Carbs are good for us. And if you have actually read the skinny bitch book, youll know it advises to have as little processed and sugary foods as possible.

  • not true i have a friend who is vegan and has diabetes type 1 but i guess she inherited that from her dad and her dad's mom died from diabetes its heredetary.

  • you're certainly less likely to develop diabetes if you are vegan, but obviously it has little effect if its heredetary, though it may help to control the diabetes

  • being vegan doesn't cure diabetes, it prevents it

  • i know but im saying that diabetes is heredetary u can inherit it just like my friend did i know it can prevent it but once its in ur family blood line u have a greater risk of getting it than a person with no diabetical history

  • The guy in the beginning is a douchebag.

  • It's so gross watching the girl eating in the beginning.

  • Meat doesn't have any nutrients you can't get MORE of on a vegan diet. Plus, meat isn't nutriionally dense like plant based foods.

  • Let me rephrase what I said. There's nothing in meat that you can't get from a plant based diet. Stop being such a troll.

  • Plenty? That's just one... And it's wrong. Vegans can get B-12 from many non-animal sources. But you don't need a ton of B-12 in your system either. And you should really look into HOW animals get b-12 in their systems, cows do not naturally produce B-12. Do your research please.

  • Omnivore means we can eat anything. We can survive easily and healthily without meat. Do some research.

  • Yeah, and meat has added hormones plus stress hormones from when the animal was slaughtered and so many toxins, too! Yum! All the "nutritional" info we get about meat is paid for by the meet & dairy industries, need I say more?

  • Ok I am glad she is living a healthy lifestyle, but I am sorry. She has always been thin, so she really doesn't know what struggling with weight is all about. She wrote a book called Skinny Bitch with the idea that veganism will solve weight problems, but has never had one herself? Now I was going to buy the book, but no, I don't think so anymore. No offense.

  • excellent video

  • Veganism changed my life!

  • I'm not able to kick the Diet Coke habit. I'd love to have a chef to prepare meals for me. I am so lazy that I, like many, reach for processed food. While I am thin, due to watching my carbs and eating reasonably, I am sure I could feel better. I am intrigued by Rory's diet.

  • just munch on fruits, veggies, and nuts. Along with some quick frozen veggie burgers. Thats easy

  • That sounds so good!!

  • i would because i am a vegan...u are what you eat

  • best. book. ever, yeah!

  • we're just better, it's a fact ;)

    Vegan bitch pride.

  • lol, right on!

  • im with ya girl!

  • so, get your ass in the kitchen and fix me that damn ham sandwich! and hold the mayo!

  • No, I'd probably be fine since I probably have B12-producing bacteria living in my intestines like everyone does. It can take up to 20 years for a deficiency to develop, because B12 is absorbed & reabsorbed in your body. So if a sudden shortage of vitamins occurred, I wouldn't worry. I also wouldn't go back to eating meat.

The overwhelming majority of people with B12 deficiency are meaters. Explain that.

  • Furthermore, you can say all you like that you buy locally inspected organic meat, I just don't believe you.

My logic tells me that someone who talks in the abusive, sexist, demeaning language you use and who makes a goal of harassing people for caring about animal rights doesn't make any sort of effort - let alone the complicated task of ascertaining that their meat is humane. Its a contradiction.

Go try it on someone else.

  • B12 comes from soil. cows eat the plants with remnants of dirt.

if you eat any raw plants at all. B12 defficiency shouldnt be a problem.

also... just because a cow gets to walk around in a 100 foot pen and eat grain doesn't mean killing it is justifiable.

    go veg.

    :)

  • you vegans delude yourselves thinking eating animal products is wrong. how do you suppose we got this far without b12 supplements? hey? that's what i thought. the rational position is to take in protein from animals treated humanely but you do-gooders can't wrap your tofu-clogged craniums around that one can you. the sad, cruel fact, kids, is that something has to die for something to live. go chew on that for awhile.

  • Hi, you're way off about B12.

B12 is produced by neither animal nor plant... It comes from bacteria. The bacteria can inhabit our own intestines, where B12 is produced & absorbed into the body. That's also how it comes from meat. B12 is stored in your body for years, and a vegan diet is actually quite unlikely to result in B12 deficiency because the daily intake requirement is 2-3 micro-grams (not milligrams).

The facts about B12 do not support the meat-saturated typical American diet.

  • Wow . . . I didn't know that! You got me thinking!!

  • Its quite well-documented that the overwhelming majority of commercially available meat & dairy is produced through excessively cruel practices. Not only that, but most corporate agribusiness livestock is pumped full of hormones & antibiotics.

Why are so many antibiotic-resistant diseases are showing up? Its because antibiotics are overused in both humans & animals alike.

Go watch "Earthlings" before you run your mouth.

    Oh... and "Chew on THAT"!!

  • listen sweetheart, I said animals that are treated humanely which implies no use of hormones...as for b12, why is that veganhealthdotorg recommends a daily intake of a b12 supplement? we're done, now be a good girl and go fix me a ham sandwich.

  • Well 'sweetheart' I've got news for you.

All throughout history, people have had vitamin deficiencies... That's nothing new. What is new, is our technology. We're able to get citrus fruits to areas that don't grow them naturally & we're able to make convenient little pills so that everyone (EVEN MEATERS) can get all their vitamins.

The website you mention probably recommends it because most meater-idiots like you want to use it as a scare tactic against veganism.

  • ^^ In other words, the fact that vitamins exist & that supplements are recommended for vegans doesn't discredit the vegan diet.

Most people who consume dairy every day don't get enough calcium. Tell me, why doesn't that discredit dairy?????

  • BTW, your sexist comments to me only show how ignorant YOU truly are. I think you're using that to try & deflect from the real issue which is that I am more informed on the subject than you are.

On the subject of 'humanely treated' farm animals -- you're in a fucking dream world if you believe that's true. There IS no regulatory process for putting terms like 'free range' on a product. It's like the words 'natural flavor added' -- it means NOTHING.

  • Oh, and I LOVE how many anti-vegan trolls suddenly become patrons of free-range & organic foods when they are out-gunned by a vegan. Yeah, I'm quite sure that someone who can laugh at & make light of animal cruelty actually puts the time and money into ensuring that the meat they buy is treated humanely in life. LOL

If you'd put in the effort to research so-called 'humane' meat, you'd know that its almost nonexistent & thus claiming to subsist on it is totally stupid. You're obviously lying.

  • while your on youtube do something for yourself and watch 'earthlings' before you start diss'n vegan crew.

the first to complain are those that dont try anything..

  • did you see this bitch roll her eyes after that girl told her she drinks coffee? Yah thats really positive....why are vegans always condescending, self righteous, and manipulative...aspartame is poison?...who the fuck is this bitch?...she is obviously not a scientist, a doctor, or even someone who is enjoyable to talk to.

  • why do you make generalizations about a huge population of people? And I'm betting that she rolled her eyes just about as much as you do when you meet a vegan. You imply that she must not know anything about health, but how much do you know? Maybe before dismissing her claims you should learn more about them.

  • You seem to enjoy making generalizations about people based on one factor of who they are...

    Are you a racist too?

  • sugar free gum is white trash....what an upity bitch

  • Sugar-free gum used to have a warning on the label (in the US) that it caused cancer in lab mice... (I don't know if it still does, I don't buy it anymore)

I think the concerns about it are justified.

  • you know it must be a good diet if Victoria Beckam endorses it...lets all be skinny bitches like these tools

  • Victoria doesnt follow it, she just saw it and picked it up. You clearly know nothing about veganism so maybe you shouldn't open your mouth...

  • Victoria Beckham was photographed buying the book -- that's all. By your logic, Britney Spears 'endorses' Redbull.

  • you suck

  • wow. You're really smart. I mean, what a clever remark. For once we have intelligent, beautiful, strong women trying to help Americans see what's really in the food that they're eating, and you accuse them of an ED. WOW! good one!

  • suck mine

  • As a person affected by an ED, how dare you accuse someone of having one with absolutley no proof. Not eating, or throwing your food up is just a symptom of the disease - it's not just "I want to be thin".

I don't see you having a go at obese people who have compulsive overeating, or binge eating disorders.

  • I have all the proof in the world that I need.

  • licky mother f-er

  • I'm sorry if the comments about ED hurt you and I hope that you did not feel triggered by it.

I hope you don't let yourself feel too affected by someone who is so ignorant & emotionally diseased that they can think of nothing better to do than disparage a very real medical condition.

It's such bullshit. If that person made fun of cancer patients, no one would be laughing, you know?

  • Thanks - at least some people are logical in this world!

  • dumbass

  • lol
