For anyone wondering about what was happening with Isai and Kira at the beginning of the video, they were receiving a type of massage called reflexology. Basically, the bottom of your foot is supposedly a map of the entire human body and massaging certain parts of the foot can affect or tell you something about a particular organ. In this case the liver section may feel calloused or more tender then how your foot usually feels which may indicate that there's something wrong with that organ.
