@1987throwback well u piece of cunt...i bought an 06 si with 40k miles from NY and the guy i bought it from had an AEM intake a skunk 2 muffler and a cat back exhaust....only problem i had with it is that the rotor on the back had some worn bearings that was it...shut the fuck up pig head...while u take ur imprezza to the shop every two miles i will be driving around enjoying life....

I paid 21 grand and about 9 grand in the motor. So try to find a 30 grand car that can run low 12's. I haven't been able to find one yet. Internals are all stock. I have innovate motor mounts and get no wheel hop. 10psi is about 400 whp and 19.5 psi is 520 whp see other vids.

@ajpturbopittsburgh You are absolutely right, 30k stock car won't run low 12's. I kinda figured the turbo'd civics would be more top end than just a 1/4 mile. It's pretty decent overall, FWD car lightely modded. The new gen motors have a lot of potential. How long does AJP say this will last on stock internals? I am in no way talking shit btw, I have a 2010 wrx stg 2 and it barely fits into the 1/4 @ 12.93. So like i said before that's good shit.

How good would you want it to run? I've ran 12.3 on street tires at 124 mph. It's all top end. I've only seen a couple cars all summer run high 11's on street tires. It's hard to run 11's on street tires. My trap speed is closer to cars that run low 11's

@xs1ner he was catching up at the end...the si were made almost torque less, but they gain an andvantage after 1/8th of a mile. and plus he was only on 10 psi..i have seen his other vidoes where he does 12 psi..huge difference.

that was some pretty good shifting, u handled the power off the dig nicely too. do u ever grind first to second if u go to fast? my Si has those problems but i work around it so it's no biggy. also are u on street tires?

hey to help with the 1-2 shift you have to adjust your clutch master cylinder which is right behind the pedal on the floor. its pretty cramped but what is happening is ur shifting at such a high rpm say 8200rpms and your clutch is not fully disengaging. search 8th civic for it
