Woh..I love it. What a poetry and as iceing on the cake, what a performance of Late Ustad Amanat Ali.He was absolutely a great classical singer.This is my all time favourite. Let me tell you something amazing.Late Naushad Sahib and Laxmi Kant had their style of tabla unique i.e. hamein qash tum say mohabbat na hoti...Ye jo chilman hai dushman hai hamari.I often thought that why our music directors does not use tabla in the same manner. Atlast my desire fullfiled in this ghazal.(11th Nov.2010)

An outstanding and out of the world performer. Ustad Amanat Ali Khan's every rendition is so much from the heart that he brings the ghazal alive. It seems as if either the poet's soul has entered the singers body or Khan Sahib him self is the poet. He sang with such conviction and simplicity. My heart felt regards at the feet of this great Singer.

I m the granson of Josh Malihabadi. And i can never forget my meeting with "Asad Amanat Ali"(another legend) three months before his death. Asad was looking very smart.Alas...they both are no logner with us. (Allah jannat naseeb karay)
