  • Shut up

  • this is truly menacing, my fav from the niteflites album. I prefer he's melodramatic stuff theough ........

  • i just want to point out that this was 1978. think about that for a second. if you heard this today you'd be like 'wow, who is this crazy NEW artist?' this is why scott walker is the king.

  • What about The Electrician? I think it is the most stunning track on this album. This one's good but less impressive, imho.

  • i love the sax in this song besides everything else being great the sax is what tops off this song for me

  • The Best one from Lines for me. I could still relate to this ! I hate his recent stuff !

  • i wish Scott had stayed in this area a little longer, before he got really abstract. this is like no wave, except more soul.

  • in Italy we had a successful singer that made the same carrer as Scott's....I love Bowie so I can understand why he loved him so much!

  • @82osammot Whats his name? I might have a listen.

  • @bumblebert I'm talking about Lucio Battisti..he started as an "easy chart-pop" artist and finished making nonsense music with obsessive lyrics, and opposite :)

  • This one's a little too atonal for me. His other 3 contributions to that album are amazing though.

  • agreed. but the whole reason for posting it is no one else has plus I think it's interesting to hear his first attempts at the sound he would develop firther on "Climate of Hunter" and "Tilt" respectively...

  • weird

  • you love it!x
