@xxHartBrokenxx its not lame to use a pick...whats lame is to say fingers are better than pick or vice versa...picking fingering and slapping are all skills you need to use to get good tones...sometimes youll want a pick for the attack or fingers for fluidity...just keep practicing everything you can...even styles you dont like

yes this is excellent, ive been teaching myself bass, by learning covers and stuff, but i think one thing im missing out on is being able to improvise. i hope to get better at that once i'm actually fast enough to work my fingers around the frets lol. i'm a total rookie right now. but once again, this is excellent

Yes, you're right! I use the ODB3!

Flea uses it on John's solos in every live! I don't know if even in the final part he uses the overdrive but I think it's perfect to have fun with a more aggressive and sustained sound!

I record with a photocamera, not so great for videos but that's what I have!
