@freitasex I do not know how sesame oil taste and I do not mind. But just was curious if I can use the oil I already have at home :) Thanks for reply.
They were not labeled as Szechuan, but examining them they definitely were and the woman at the store said they were, I was not sure if she was correct at that moment, but she was!
Looks fabulous. I want a taste! I will make this dish, even if I have to use chicken (which is what I have now). I'm sure it will be yummy! Thanks for this vid!
Thanks and I am sure that using chicken would be fine.
If you want to buy some shrimp, I would as soon as possible because I suspect prices will go up because of the oil spill in the gulf by Louisiana/Mississippi area.
G'day from Australia!!. Love your channel. Have you ever tried that dish with chicken? I had Szechuan chicken at a resturant and it was the nicest thing I have ever eaten. Just can't seem to find a recipe for it.
why didn't you add the shrimps first with a little oil and Ginger and garlic ? Then remove , then do all your vegitables then add shrimps back then add suace

What is Szechuan peper and where can i get it and if i cant any thing else i can use? thanks
boltroth 1 month ago
@boltroth
You can get it from a well stocked Asian Store of from the Internet like Amazon.
You can use regular pepper if you are not willing to do that.
