This is a Certificate of Live Birth, not a Birth Certificate.

Anybody can get this, please read the facts first.

You cant register your kid for school with a certificate of live birth. The registars office will only accept an actual birth certificate, so will the passport office and the Department of Transportation. They are, in fact, two different forms.

You cannot get a social security number with a certificate of live birth.
