I don't agree completely with what the producer says. In fact, the kick is very important, just as important the gliding is! If you don't focus on the way you kick (snapping your legs fast in the frog kick), then you might miss some important momento, that propels you forward. Also, your stremline position is of extreme importance. Your body must stay perfectly streached in the horizontal position, and you must stay in that position as long as possible, to allow your body glide.

I am going to try to get my lifeguard certification, and I am required to do 100 yards of breatstroke non-stop, then free-style 100 yards, then another 100yards of my choice. I have seen some of the videos and I feel like giving up in times, but at the same time I also realize that well, if I try I might just get it. We shall see, this video was encouraging, and simple to understand so thanks one last time.
AY the breast stroke can workout your back out too right? Because I did it kinda in the way these guys were doing it (not as good as them but yeah), and my back looks pretty ripped now!
