People, the 0:20 mark wasn't in the game, nor was it wasn't a deleted mission. It was just a scene for the trailer. Never intended to be in the game or anything. If it was ever to be for the game then it would have been a legit cutscene, not just angles from the gameplay.

@shaddowstorm: I like how 3 really captured the "grime" of NYC, if you know what I mean. Playing it, I actually felt like a street thug with nothing left to lose, which was fucking awesome. Working for the mob, getting random calls on payphones, living in dump apartments; it was AMAZING. They tried to recapture this same feeling in GTA 4, and absolutely failed. Niko was too well off for a thug, and most everything seemed to revolve around his emotional attachments.

Solidshake. I will point out a few things for you. San Andreas had LOTS to do. Yes. But games cost a lot more money to make and a lot more time. Given the time they had, they did an amazing job. Another thing is, they wanted to focus more on the city, animation, story, physics, graphics, detail than just the amout of stuff in game. Saints Row 2 is okay, but that is a game of quantity over quality. Just like on ps2, they needed the first GTA (GTA3) to build off of.

that mission that you see at the end of the trailer was like a first come first get game...If you gotten the game when it very first came out or if you preorder it you would of got a different ending after killing clouds girl than you would get some type of Pager and say "You thought You kill me? or somethign like that and somehow you see all of them i don't know its like an impossible mission cause you will need cheats to beat them.

In my opinion, III set the standard for what a 3d Gta game could be. Vice City was good, but didn't bring all too much new to the series. III is in my opinion the masterpiece of III, VC and SA, and Vice City is a really good game

That"s true. San Andreas has got a lot of things to do in the game - hijacking trains,planes,customizing cars.driving school,you can have your own gang and attack enemy territories,going on dates with girlfriends etc. But every gta kicks ass

Each does. GTA IV was a let-down because that game got rid of some of the features unveiled in San Andreas. GTA IV only impressed with graphics, the only feature it came out with was taxi rides and arranged hang-outs with friends and cell-phone use. But they got rid of all the things that you were able to do in San Andreas. Vice City seemed to catch my eye more with media before it came out. The magazines, the souvenirs, the official game novelty items and posters. Vice City was eye-candy.

In gta IV,you can hang out with others,it"s got cool new fighting techniques (hiding behind object by pressing Q, weapon target zoom,realistic car damage,you can call the ambulance so they can heal you. in the original game, it was planned that mr. unkown (as i call him) try's to kill sal leone at his house, but the yakuza was already there doing his job. that would also have been the first time where you meet kenji kasen. i don't know why they cutted it out of the script, it would be definitely more cinematic than the final version.

No, think about it. This trailer was released after the game was released, hence the end which says "In stores now." It's scripted for the trailer. :)
