Reki can be dramtic sometimes but I suppose its because she keeps everything bottled up. I like her though, she's a cool charecter. : )

Everyone is entirely missing the point of the show. It's suppose to be subtle. It's suppose to be myserious. The whole point is to figure out the message by yourself.

If it had been meant for girls to show skin, they would have done it. It wasn't intended for that purpose. In fact, the Haibane are suppose to be the exact opposite of that. They're like children. That's how the townspeople view them; as if they were the town's children. They're protected and loved as such for a reason.

At the same time, watching the dub version and the subtitle version simultaneously, they did a really good job with the dubbing on this series. I was actually quite pleased with it.
