Fulcrum shift caps at 4 targets active so there is no need for actually having it in your tray unless you're spawning for 1

@Mailbread Hmm thanks for the information. I will keep that in mind for my next gen fire kin that build will be 14.2.3 i will start to release these builds May 2011 or so. I will release all the mdx.builds i have for the main archtypes.

@PatriotsFan40 for the S/L%+, also taunt and the other selection are very handy when you want to heard a enemey group and really get the "FS" (Fulcrum Shift) going >:)
