I, as a newbie, quite liked the Ang Lee version as it created a micro-reason for the Hulk abilities i.e. causation. For many that do not know the origin (as I did not) then the new one does not cause offense. But for those looking for authentic, this film sucked. I can understand that. On the whole I just though Ang Lee's version had a more sensitive feel with better acting and CGI.

In The Comics , Talbot was A Man of Honor jealous of Bruce`s Relationship with Betty ! In The Film , he was A Sociopathic Corporate Bully jealous of Bruce`s Relationship with Betty ! They ALSO OVERSIMPLIFIED Bruce`s Complex Relationship with his Father , reducing it to A Cliche Mad Scientist Plot ! Trust me , The Psychological Side of The Hulk COULD BE dealt with MUCH BETTER !
