@Cheesymcnacho It's called a sunfury, it was like a 2% chance drop from bone serpents, but in the new 1.0.6 update u get it from shadow chests in hell. But the problem is, u need a shadow key which u find in dungeons, but the DUNGEON chests are locked as well. U need a gold key to open those ( reg chest in dungeon, pots in dungeon, normal monsters in dungeon, also dungeon slimes ) Hope this helped! :D
