@h8stupidppl That is an interesting suggestion... I'm sure you could add just about anything, but with baking it's all about balance of proportion, adding the bananas might make the cookies a little wet. But I would try it and see how it works out! It may not work out to be quite like a cookie, but even the mistake would probably taste good. Give it a shot, experiment, that's what making food for yourself is all about.
