i have to go out and buy a claendar, aww alice is so cute, I know all the happy holidays I mean I understand it but it's christmas for me, we have a whole family gathering on Christmas eve, we still get santa prsents too and from my dog and for my dog lol 11 is early lol but you wake up dang early too lol, we get apples and oranges and lifesaver books too that's cool that you choose presents lol we do the tag to and from we do youngest to oldest one gift at a time lol,
Yes, Baileys is a nice start to the hectic Christmas morning. My brother and I have started adding our own alcohol traditions/additions to our hoidays. Thanksgiving was tequila. ; ) Christmas is going to be whiskey. And my folks always enjoy the wine.
Hi, here in Budapest they eat fish for xmas dinner..weird eh. Also Father Xmas arrives on the 6th december, where the children put shoes in the window and wake up on the 7th with treats in them!
That's awesome...I don't like fish so I probably wouldn't like that too much...and I'm not sure I'd want to eat anything that goes in my shoes...I can barely stand to put my feet in them! (that's a little joke, I'm not totally serious on that one lol)

You're not supposed to say Merry Christmas if you work with the public. It's supposed to be happy holidays or seasons greetings so it doesn't upset religious minorities. I think it's ridiculous though because the name of the holiday itself is Christmas. plus a recent poll showed that immigrants don't care if someone says merry christmad to them. I call it reverse racism, which singles people out even more.
That is just blatant silliness. I bet some weird lawyers or politicians thought of that and not a single "offended" minority complained about 'merry christmas' of its own accord.
I hope you start some great new traditions! Maybe start buying an ornament every Christmas with the date on it, or taking a drive the night before to see all the lights.
By the way, when you yawned, you made me yawn! I guess its still contagious over the internet ;)

Advent calanders!!! Can't wait till December. I can never sleep Christmas Eve...guess thats still the kid in me waiting for 'Santa' ^_^
I can never open my stocking when I wake up, I have to wait for my sister to wake up. LOL.
My X-mas tradition since I can remember is Cinammon buns every year!
