How much calories do you guys burn per workout? I mean, there relatively shorter than most peoples workouts, u guys burn like 100-200 cals or something per wrkout?

@bolsenny use the bar which is more comfortable for your joints especially for your wrist joint... i use the straight barbell most of the times cause i can feel it better in the biceps this way, biceps gets a better squezze with a straight barbell to, just try it out with your arm when you turn your forarm like holding a barbell your biceps automatically flexes
