  • How much calories do you guys burn per workout? I mean, there relatively shorter than most peoples workouts, u guys burn like 100-200 cals or something per wrkout?

  • @89orangejuice You're trying to act like you know what your talking about...lol Power cleans on back day? Power cleans are a power movement that doesnt focus on any exact muscle or muscle group. These dudes are bodybuilders so why would they do OLY lifting? lol...and if your doing something like power cleans...Your not gonna wanna do4x5 your gonna wanna do something like 7x2. Day of rest between works isnt a bad thing but its not a bad thing not to either..It all depends on how you workout..

  • I can't do back and biceps at one day. If I do my back first, then my biceps then I can't train my biceps anymore because they are tired. If I do my biceps first, then my back then I can't train my back normally because my biceps are tired.

  • @NubWithBalls try doing your back workout and doing triceps with it instead of biceps, your biceps are a secondary muscle when you train your back so I would switch that and do your triceps and then do biceps when you train your chest, that seems to work pretty well for myself.

  • @NubWithBalls Train back first then biceps. If your biceps are already well worked that just means you only have to do a couple sets of curls because your biceps dont need as much. Biceps are a small muscle group anyway, dont be one of those kids who do 10+ sets of biceps..

  • I did some heavy intensity dumbbell curls - 12 reps x4 sets. 7 rep hammer curls x4 sets and 4 sets of conc curls. My arms are sore as fuck now.

  • @bolsenny use the bar which is more comfortable for your joints especially for your wrist joint... i use the straight barbell most of the times cause i can feel it better in the biceps this way, biceps gets a better squezze with a straight barbell to, just try it out with your arm when you turn your forarm like holding a barbell your biceps automatically flexes

    Example: Barbell Bench Press: 5 reps

    then immediately preform Incline Dumbbell Press: 8 reps

  • The point you guys made about keeping your elbows back was very good. because I myself am 6'2" and its important to get your biceps a great workout. What other exercises do you guys use for your back routine? Naturally my rib cage sticks out so its is pretty hard for me to get the V-Taper look. Keep up the good work twins!

  • Twins, i seriously think you could get better gains by adding 6-9 more sets to your workouts. I'm doing 5 exercises for the back and 3-6 sets for the biceps on back and bicep day and i've got ALOT better results with it than doing only few exercises for the back..just advice
