Hawthorne is good for the heart. Not familiar with Motherwort. What works best for me is avocados. I make guacamole with cayenne pepper, garlic, organic extra virgin olive oil, onions and organic apple cider vinegar. All of these ingredients have a history of providing great nutritional support for the heart. So I mixed them together. What a great tasting medicine. Try Red Hot Blue's corn chips. Deeeelicious!!!
