ive never see the 'shoot to kill' scene before. is it a deleted scene or soemthing from the film?

@SleepyStud But that isn't in the copy i have.. the whole scene where rip torn is talking to that cop in front of his house. although i taped off the tv, sometimes they cut bits out for no particular reason. sometimes they cut out chunks of a movie!

the guy with the gun was at the end of the movie when tom got rich off his money then came in the door and tranculized his dad then moved his whole house to pakistan where they can sew soccer balls together .. then they get ejaculated on by a elephant
