@getlostxxx Hi! The singer of this song is Hungarian as well as the language she is singing in, but the Deep Forest is not a Hungarian band, though. Her name is Marta Sebestyen. She's famous for her special singing voice, as you can hear, and the tunes and lyrics she sings are very close to those of the Hungarian folk songs.

You are right. The original song is Hungarian. I don't know where you could hear it because the old song is not played on radios (or very rarely.) You might heard it on the youtube.

Amikor egyszer Szingapúrban voltam, éppen egy bevásárlóközpont traffikjában voltam, amikor felcsendült ez a dal a hangszórókból. Az indiai származású eladó megállt egy pillanatra, hogy a dalra figyeljen.

Kérdeztem tőle, hogy tudja-e, hogy honnan származik a dal. Azt mondta, hogy szerinte kínai.

Olyan büszkén mondtam neki, hogy magyar! :-)

Nope, this isn't. This is a magyar-csángó folk song remixed and reedited by deep forest. If you search hungarian for folk music, then write in search the: csárdás, legényes, nota or simply hungarian folk music words.

Szerintem mondhat bárki bármit, aki tényleg szereti a zenét, az ezt a muzsikát elsőre befogadja, hiszen hallgattatja magát a melódia.

A Megasztárosok között is lehetnek jók, bár én is jobban értékelem a maguktól csúcsra jutókat. De hát ki így, ki úgy, nem igaz?! Egyébként a Megasztár inkább a show-ról szól, mint a zenéről, ezért nem is említhető egy lapon egy életművel, amely egy országos szintű elismertségben csúcsosodik ki.
