It does not matter what is in Pac's hair, if the NSAC does not test for it they will not find it.
The IOC spends $millions every year researching advancements in PED's and updating their testing. They estimate 70-90 new drugs appear every year.
NSAC has not updated their testing for 15 years, you do the math.
