  • 3:35 "Rakatanpanzerbusch" - worst pronunciation ever made.

  • Not impressed with the narrator's professionalism... he should have taken advice on his German pronunciation.

  • Rackettenpanserbusch... lol

  • surperior models of allied tanks?

    the sherman? XD

it should be surperior masses of tanks

    not surperior tanks

    -.-

  • @TheLordZhufor I think hes refering to russian thick armor tanks

  • @TheLordZhufor the M-26 heavy pershing tank with a 90mm gun

  • @jhnb12876 Pershing tanks ran horribly.

  • Wow, a rocket launcher with idiot proof instructions. I wonder if it started with "Thank you for choosing the panzerfaust for your anti-tank needs, we hope that you find it satisfactory and hope you enjoy your use of it."

  • I am the 22,222th viewer of this clip!

  • oh, so that's y it's the egg one not in CoD, JK i NOE!

  • why is the stick grenade design not used anymore today, if it had a higher range than the pineapplegrenade?

  • @Th3UnD3TaK3r Although the pineapple generally has less range it has other numerous advantages. For one, it is safer. The fuse mechanism does not ignite untill the spoon is released (which inturn is set in place by the pin). Whereas the stickgrenades fuse ignites when the cord is pulled. Secondly, stick grenades have to be prepared before combat (stick fuse + charge head were transported seperatly), whereas pineapple grenades are immidiatly good to go and also more compact.

  • @556Smiley Thank you for responding :-)

  • @556Smiley That last point is only true of M24 stick grenades.

  • @Th3UnD3TaK3r I think it had to do with their size, since smaller grenades were easier to carry and more convenient to use in urban combat (where hand grenades are primarily used.) Also, if you look up German weapons in WW2, they used a large variety of grenades, from your typical M24 stick grenade, to the Egg grenade, can grenade, and even the M43 stick grenade, which could be either a stick grenade or cylindrical hand grenade.

  • I like how accurate to this red orchestra 2 is.

  • in HEROES OF STALINGRAD, new pc game by TWI, check it out.

When you kill a german who has primed a sticknade and is about to throw it you see him fumble it into the air and then seconds later KABOOM

  • @BFinFlavin The Germans were the heroes of Stalingrad. And you are displaying a textbook case of "schadenfreude"

  • The German stick grenade was about the size of my cock. Well, the pin at least...

  • the pronounciation of "Raketenbanzerbüchse" hurts my ears...

  • @hitmonlee00 You are looking through your ears?

  • I love watching this then go play Flames of war.

  • ITS A TRAP!!

  • lol allied and russian forces. Russians aren't allies? Shouldn't have been...

  • Blinder Grenades=Tank Blinding Grenade

  • scary scary shit

  • Dimitri, use the panzerschreck & destroye this tank

  • The panzerfaust seems rather like a russian concept, not german: cheap, simple, realiable and effective.

  • superior modells of allied tanks? a sherman? good joke!

  • @1509Freeze Perhaps they meant the Fireflies and similar.

  • @ossian108 yeah, but even that had only a good gun, i dont know if they changed the armor. so superior is a bit too much. the pershing was good, but only a few have seen combat. but they meant superior tank-forces (iin numbers, fuel, spareparts) anyway i think, so that might be true^^

  • the little CD granade is called discuss granade!!-.-

  • and and the panzerschreck was not a copy of the bazzuka

  • @xx0MangiPogo0xx It was actually based on the bazooka, but was also superior in almost every way (penentration, range, accuracy though much heavier, but it was a crew served weapon. The gunner and the loader)

  • and aigain crap!!the panzerschreck was developped before the panzerfaust!!!!!-.-

  • 05:43 People knew when to stay away......mostly.

  • 09:00 Anti-tank chicken the weapon so classified youve never heard of it or thought of it

  • Panzerfaust is probably the best close range anti-tank concept in the second world war.

  • he forgot to say numbers he meant superior numbers.

the russians had way better tanks than US and Britain.

  • (02:40) - The Germans were faced by superior models of allied tanks? Which ones?

  • @1048luca maybe they meant superior over earlier models of allied tanks. and maybe some german too. allied usually includes russia too, IS-2 tanks and late T-34 were pretty good. and consider that the german tank force by 1945 was outdated. only a small number were tiger I - II or panther. ofcourse that doesn't explain why they show a picture of a sherman

  • @evildeathmonkey1 Late model PZ 4´s were actually about equal to t-34/85´s (lets say it like this: The PZ 4 could kill the t-34/85 at 1,5 km and the t-34/85 could do the same, but less effectively, because of uncomfartable interior and rather poor sights. The Shermans were weak, hence "Tommy Cooker", and the IS-2 was very rare), and Panther´s were actually in equal number to PZ 4´s in "44". ´The STUG III was actually the most numerous by this time

  • Lol! As the narrator says "superior allied tank models" they show a sherman, that is massproduced, sensetive tincans which cant stand up to shit.

  • the narrator really should learn how to say the german names properly. almost everything on "raketenpanzerbüchse" was wrong

  • Cardboard panzerfausts? never heard of it!

  • i love how the "historian" keeps correcting himself... "to that effect" or " stay away of the back... generaly" lol
