Cheyenne fought for thier country and they were sent to reservations..they lost that battle. but yes, they are still there, however I think not many keep their language today.I would like they will never loose their culture(but I ha ve no idea of cheyene) regards

as for Your comments What happened needed to happen in order to get where we are today.

But it is sad so many had to be sacrificed including lost traditions and medicines the culture the dead brought with them.
