So some guy didn't know that the UN charter isn't called a "treaty", even though it technically is one (which you evidently didn't know). But it clearly DOES state that a country cannot invade another without approval of the UN Security Council, except in immediate self-defense. The link you've provided shows a person interviewing people who, from all appearances, have randomly been stopped on the street and have been asked which country we should invade in light of the war on terror (side note: it should really be called the war on radical Islam). You've provided no evidence that the interviewees were holding signs or attempting to publicly advance a pro-war view prior to the interviewer approaching them.
