Walkers is the very very rare time that a brand is to big to change. Pepsi would make a marketing disaster if it changed the name of Walkers to Lays Marathon to Snickers and Opal Fruits to Starburst were irritating but not catastrophic plus as Walkers own so many other brands the cost would cost billions before saving millions
