After having an arrhythmia attack from MSG, I prayed and then did some research. God directed me to his site and a lot of his information. Since then i've avoided msg and take 500-1000mg of magnesium to counter act it. This has saved my life at least 3 times, maybe 5. 2 of the times I was in the hospital. The attacks were so severe that they said they didn't know why I was alive, let alone conscious!
