It is the poem from the ending from the orginal red riding hood tale by Charles Perrault. A couple of lines are missing though. They are:
Handsome they may be a kind,
Gay and charming nevermind,
Tis simple...
They omitted them from the movie because people in the U.S. would think gay means Homosexuality instead of the old meaning being happy.
P.S. Great job reciting the poem.. You capture the creepyness of it.
