I am a writer and already have written four and am working on two more. And, after trying to self publish, getting ripped off, and pulling three after one was canceled by a corrupt publisher, I am also rewriting three.

If I could get just one published and it made me famous, the five things I would do would be...

one...start a special account for my granddaughter so that she would never have to struggle as I have....

If I were a famous author, the five things I would do are:

1. I'd donate to causes I support (animals, enviornment, education, etc.)

2. Make sure that if a film were to be made that, not only I, but future authors could have more input on what goes into the script, casting, etc.

3. I'd make a youtube channel/facebook/twitter/websi­te so I could connect more with my supporters/fans and they can connect with me.

4. A lot of book signings.

5. I would be happy.

3. During interviews if somebody asked me what I plan for my next book I'd say random things.

1. I would secretly submit short stories to fanfiction contests.

2. In interviews for my upcoming books, I would make it seem like I 'accidentally' let slip a 'REALLY pivotal' secret...that doesn't actually affect the plot at all.

3. I would totally use it as an excuse to meet all my favorite authors at silly theme parties, hosted by moi.

4. Similar to yours, I'd secretly sign copies of my book in stores and libraries.

5. I'd put random, quirky quotes from my friends into the dialogue.

1st- i would shamelessly go into a bookstore and tell them they should read this new awesome book coming out

2nd-i would annoyingly publish the book in 5-10 chapters at a time for a low price to keep people anxiously coming back for more

3rd-i would write so many different musicians into the books and hope they help promote the book like oprah

4th-get on oprah and have a slew of middle aged oprah obsessed women buy the book

5th-get on air with ryan seacrest and have him promote me :)
