  • Here, I'll simplify it for everyone. If you are not getting enough vitamin D, even if you are a woman and taking calcium pills everyday and drinking milk, it's because you don't have enough fat in the diet. So, if you are drinking fat free milk, like most elderly women do, switch to whole milk. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin, so the body cannot synthesize it without fat. Also, try increasing your cholesterol consumption, because that's what the body uses to convert into vitamin D.

  • wtf is this woman talking about?? omg!!

  • What the fuck is this chick smoking

  • darkness deficiency or a light deficiency?

  • just wanted to add...I take 5000 IU of D everyday. It's a wonder cure for depression etc. Also I never get sick.!

  • I can tell you that I know people who get plenty of sleep in the dark and still have a Vitamin D deficiency. You need to get at least ten minutes of DIRECT sunlight for it to work on a large portion of your skin and yes sunscreens prevent this reaction in your skin. So if you live in a place where it's cloudy often (Portland Oregon) you will be challenged with getting enough Vitamin D.

  • this woman is an idiot.....completely wrong

  • completely wrong. She predicts!!!!???? lol.

  • No it's a sunlight deficiency.

  • the answer you have lack of vit D is that people of Northern latitude origin (Europe, northern Asia etc) traditionally got t heir vit D from organ meats and natural fat (lots of vit D), because the latitude prevented enough sunlight concentration to synthesize vit D. because of their evolution, giving them alot of sunlight still won't produce vit D because of their skin properties.

  • never the less it makes sense think about it you need enough sunlight which is true but what about you need enough darkness? you have to balance darkness and lightness in your body . . .

  • you def dont get ten mins of sunlight when you walk to get your big gulp. and who the hell drinks that shit anyway?!

  • @punanibuzzed

people that don't get enough Vitamin D do! ha ha

  • this sounds kinda stupid

  • A lot of predictions!!

  • I'm going to be a good sport and just say that this need further investigation. To me the terrain is everything so if the terrain is beat than problems will arise. One cause for all ailments.

  • Awesome!

  • so in other words turn off all the darn lights at night ....

  • Interesting.

  • @chiyerano I thought, depending on how much darker or lighter a person's skin may be, that it may take a longer or shorter time, respectively, to get all the vitamin D a person needs from sun exposure. Oh well.

  • @chiyerano I also thought there was also the issue of how close one lives near the equator for adequate sun exposure to help the body make sufficient vitamin D.

  • The majority of people in the world have low vitamin D? Don't listen to this pseudo-science. The workout videos are cool, but I don't know where this guy finds the hacks he brings on the show. You won't find any nutritional scientist or doctor for that matter who will support these "findings".

  • @ttayttay

These are no "findings", these are "predictions". The lady says "I predict" at the end of the vid.

I think that all the rope jumping disables his mind.

  • @nutCaseBUTTERFLY "Everybody knows that when you look at old people, young people, kids, the world... they have low vitamin D" - 0:18

  • @ttayttay just loook at plants man ppl co evolved with them whats good for plants is good for you

  • @gjljhjb1 Yes, stop eating, stand still outside, and pour water on yourself. Flawless logic is flawless.

  • i think im gonna go get my self a BIG GULP!
