You can see how Jason White gets more and more involved in GDs traditions on stage, in the early time when he started joining GD in gigs he would be farely quiet, now he starts jumping around thats cool.

In case some of you didn't know.. most of those who make arguments about the so call 'old Green Day' and 'new Green Day' are mostly those who are older than any of us here. They're the fans who have been listening to Green day from the VERY start.

I guess we'll have to understand that they listened to Green Day longer than us and that it's hard for them to accept they've changed this much. I mean look, there's some of you who are so sad he cut his hair by an inch in this video.

i'm not trying to hate on jason or anything, but he should step off the stage, take a breather, grab a beer, or something for all these old songs. there aren't any solos or anything he needs to be there for, so he should just step aside. plus, it would be that much cooler to see the "original green day"

I was there that night it was fuckin awesome show, but i agree that the crowd was lame, i think it was because it was free so there were not only real fans uknow... there were a bunch of guys around me that were like " what song is that?" but it was great, it was the first time i saw them live, and i had wait a long time.. lucky me it was free!

Man, I hope they broadcast "Who Wrote Holden Caulfield?" for the Carson Daly show. I love this song, and they never play their old stuff on TV, so hopefully this will be an exception. I love the new album as much as the rest of their albums, but I've seen enough performances of Know Your Enemy, 21 Guns, East Jesus Nowhere, Holiday, etc. Broadcast some of the old songs that were played on this night please! haha

It was an awesome freeeee show. the last time I seen Green Day live was in '94 a The Palace in Hollywood. It's great to see that they haven't lost their energy and still know how to put on a great show.

i thought the new year's eve thing was pretty funny though.
